This was a sports game. The teens are not workers. "Place of work" why not just compare same situations if you're gonna compare them? It's a place of work for only 1 party, unlike an office where both parties are workers. They shouldn't get arrested for free speech, no.

For all you know, OP isn't even him. Yeah, that's exactly why nothing can happen. Imagine someone (Person B) creates a twitter profile on Person A (your name etc.) and says stuff. Is Person A guilty of anything/can anything be charged against Person A for that twitter account, which Person A doesn't even know about? There you go. Figure out the easy logic here.

Some states if you own a house or car before marriage, it's yours even if you divorce. If you truly want to protect your assests, you need to transfer them to your parents or some trusted individual (maybe a sibling) before marriage ideally. During it, it can get complicated. You can't be forced to do anything if it happened before marriage. This should work in all states. In case of a divorce, they can only count what you two had during divorce or anything you brought into marriage from before …

Sadly, he can't. He will lose points in class. He might get reported to department/college heads for speaking out. And if you're really brave and doing it in front of peers, you're gonna get blasted everywhere. I had to write up about racism and sexism in a bio class. Why? I'm here to learn about bio, not discrimination. There are alreafy plenty of gender studies classes. Every fucking class shoves their PC agenda down our throats. It's literally irrelevant to knowledge of those classes.
