Something that men get disproportionately more of.Not a feminist, but I do have one thing in mind. In certain jobs it’s harder for women to get hired on because it is seen as she will not be able to do it. For example, construction work, oil rigs, mechanics, etc. Not saying women cannot get into those jobs because they definitely can, but I think they would rather pick a man over a woman any day.
