Morning: iron before breakfast with the pre-workout. Multivitamin, protein, creatine with breakfast. Night: magnesium and vitamin D. That's my intakes.

Oh no, I am a big fan of KM. Personally I'm a P4 (Blue belt). It all depends on the system you learn (IKMF, KMG, CKM, etc) that will give you the better perspective. It is a great cardio workout, although i don't agree entirely with that aspect because i can and do cardio on my own. I wanted and did learn techniques against knives, guns, multiple opponents, car jacking, defense of thirds and much more. But each location complements with something else. In my case, my instructor was several degre…

I made the mistake of linking to the krav maga subreddit. My bad. Here's the comment i meant for you to read. It is not mine and it's in response as to whether KM is better: That's a loaded question. Short answer: no. 1) Krav Maga is a self-defense system which includes fighting. If you have an identical twin, he trains MMA for 5 years and you train Krav Maga for 5 years and you get into a 1 on 1 fight you will get fucking destroyed. On the flip side. If he pulls a gun on you, you have a far bet…

In garrison, the military is easy. You get paid to stay in shape, you're provided with a lot of benefits, medical and financial, and it is a ticket to the middle class. As you go up in rank it becomes more difficult. In combat tours, it is difficult being away for so long and things happen but statistically you're safer. How many people have served in OIF/OEF vs the ones that die? Even less, actually caused by the enemy? I got a team of well trained soldiers armed to the teeth willing to defend …

I have felt safer in Iraq than outside of South Philly. My first tour was 15 months with the 101st. I had a M9, M4 with M203. Had armored vehicles, teammates armed to the teeth and trained. I had body armor, ACH, ballistic Eyewear, ear pro, for retardant uniform. Had air support. Intelligence to help ops. Statistically, I was safer than in any city in the US. I came back and one week later someone was shot at point blank on the neck and died in front of me.

This. Particularly 2 & 3. Also, don't buy a car right outside base. Be thrifty. The Army will give you all your basic needs. Save up, don't get crazy, understand this isn't a school environment or a McJob. You're an employee of the US Government.

What are you talking about? Since when you need deployments for post 911 GI Bill? All you need was 90 days of aggregated active duty for the full 36 months of benefits. Tuition (with an annual cap), 1000 bucks for books and BHA at E5 w/dependents rate. I went to a private University that is yellow ribbon and didn't pay a single penny. VA Benefits for Post 911. While in service you can use tuition assistance. I'd recommend using it for all the general studies that are easily transferable. By the …

Nope. It will be claimed by every feminazi that to punish this helpless female will only prevent others from coming forward with legitimate claims. You all know the drill.

Yes you can. Just buy blue dollars (black market). You will get a much higher exchange rate but you can't exchange it back. I just exchange what I'm going to use. But i only buy from people i can trust.

I never give an answer to how many partners. I simply say in a serious tone with a malicious smile that i never give out that info. My reason, which i don't mention either, is because i don't want them to think about the sheer number of people before them. But i like the response above, i might start using it. Thanks.

FIVE kids, four daddies, all with different uniforms. I read the title and it already pissed me off, specially as a soldier. I thought the advise would be something feminist but yet it wasn't. As a matter of fact, this is a quote from the female therapist about her: "They hook up with you, they impregnate you and they dump you. After all, that’s what we do with crap -- we dump it, right?"

Poor hamster Edit: i guess no one liked the hamster comment linked to the spinning right round song. Or maybe my irony was too subtle and no one got the reference.

I didn't know it was a milestone to be unlocked in the movie industry, as in your expected at some point to do so.

This is THE BEST and most truthful comment in there: As a man I’ve found that as I age I can date ladies of any age. From those above my age to those to much younger ages. I honestly believe that my late 30′s early 40′s are the most attractive I’ve been to the ladies of all ages, having nothing to do with actual attractiveness. I’m pretty much the same, only aged a bit. But my wallet is deeper (though I don’t show that off) and I’m more established and settled. So I’ll just say this: My dating o…

There are so many wrong things with this, i would have to write a dissertation to cover all the points. Fuck her for shaming women who work out, eat well, and put an effort into their appearance. Arm flab is not attractive. And even though every one has folds when they bend over, it is not supposed to look like a six pack of tits. And fuck you, in fact, most are NOT chubby chasers. And if someone is, you are perpetuating and allowing this behavior. This fucking feminist fat culture of flip flops…

Where is the lesbian second half in the child-support thing? I'm not familiar with this particular state's laws, but are the lesbian parents allow to register the child under both their names, making them legally responsible for the child? Anyway, how did the state find out who the biological father was in the first place? The article didn't seem to address that issue. Obviously the biological mother revealed who it was, instead of simply stating she had no clue.

All be responsible for all future child support - according to the article
