| 5 | “Bikini model” vomits as she was sentenced for SA a minorI don't think this is ok but a problem I am having with these studies is that usually judges base their sentences on the psychological damages on the child caused by the perpetrator and not solely on the legality of it. When the perpetrator is a good-looking women, I would expect the rape to be less violent (basically because they don't have to use violence but can lure her victim by just seducing him) and therefore to cause less damage.
