Sadly, no. Child support is still not something the courts want to see women paying for some reason.

Lucky. I can't get my ex to stop showing up despite having moved hours away from us.

Damn bro I'm so sorry to hear that. It's stories like yours I tell young guys before they get married. I won due partially to circumstance. My ex refused to stay in the county and instead moved 300 miles away to be with her AP. We bought our home 10 months prior, showing the judge that she intended to live there and establish that town as our home. She also told the judge she thinks I should have to sell my home and move to wherever she wants to live because "kids need Mom more than Dad." The ju…

I had our parents-as-teachers lady testify at the final trial. It did wonders. It showed that I was concerned for my kids' educations and she testified on the cleanliness of my home and how the kids interacted with me. The judge was very impressed, and I got primary custody.

Hey that's exactly what happened to me! She would bitch and moan about me not co-parenting, but then try to get me arrested and try to take everything I own. Women, dude.

My final trial was stressful too, but trust me, when you walk out of that courtroom you'll feel loads lighter. And then, when you get the judgment, you'll feel free. It took me two years and now I feel great. I don't miss her and I'm doing wonderful. I got to keep the house and I have primary custody of the kids.

Your family is being ridiculous. My ex cheated on me and destroyed our family, but my brothers and their wives decided to start drama by secretly telling my ex anything they thought would hurt me in the divorce. Family 100% has an obligation to side with you, or at the very least stay out completely.

Thanks, man. I had been gone from this sub for so long but it does feel good to be reminded how far I've come. Thought I hate seeing all these new posts from guys who are hurting so badly. No one deserves this.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
