I'm a grown (married) man and I think my ideas deserve a little more than an immediate dismissal. The red pill wakes neo up from the Matrix, he realizes he is basically a human battery. The wachowskis red pill was self discovery, and the realization that they were women. The red pill analogy used in this forum is akin to the films usage, a red pill is a startling truth, something considered taboo and denied by polite society. By becoming 'red pilled' and breaking societies taboos, you yourself a…

Think about it. THE RED PILL, in the film, refers to a pill that 'wakes you up to a new reality'. Waking up to the reality of being trans is realizing you are a totally different person than you thought you were. This is likely how the directors got the idea for the analogy. What's more of a red pill than realizing you were a woman this whole time? That's way more of a red pill than realizing women are hyperganmous or that some races commit more crime.

What I'm saying is that the red pill analogy in the movie is meant to refer to the directors own self realization that they were women in a society conditioning them to be men.

have people realized yet that women are more attracted to a man's character/personality than their looks? There are literal troll-looking guys with hot wives because thats how it has always been... Why do people think women care about looks? Because they do sometimes. Everyone likes a pretty person. But a man's personality/character still holds more sway over women than their looks do.

When will society take sexual emergencies seriously? Then maybe this sort of thing wouldn't happen so often.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
