| 1 | Quick Post About PostureAt the time that I'm trying to sleep, it's a little bit awkward to be facing up and staying like a plank. When I'm sleeping I don't think that I have problems with that because I always wake up with my back on the floor. Being on your side while you're at the floor is so damn uncomfortable that your body will not try to stay in that position meanwhile you're sleeping. | /r/TheRedPill | 19/02/17 03:25 PM |
| 3 | Quick Post About PostureAlways on my back. Sleeping by side is so uncomfortable on the floor and I was used to sleep always by side or with my face down. I do use a pillow that is not so big so I can be comfortable and at the same time I'm almost 100% parallel to the floor. https://youtu.be/BMNgSDEwp24 That video will explain better the benefits of sleeping on the floor for your spine back and posture | /r/TheRedPill | 19/02/17 02:40 AM |

Someone yesterday said that I look taller but the thing is that I got my posture a little bit right. | /r/TheRedPill | 18/02/17 06:24 PM |
