1	Virgin needing help just beginning conversation Every time you're out is a chance to practice. Cashiers, people in line, on phone calls to customer service. Take it slow and just practice talking... about anything. The weather, how long you've be waiting in line. Simple stuff to start. Just get comfortable talking and holding a conversation with strangers. I bet after a few weeks of doing that you will feel much more comfortable and confident in yourself.
