1	Think Less and Execute I've noticed this with myself that the more extensively I plan out my day and the more I get hyped about all of the shit that I will do, the less likely it is that I will actually do any of it. Unlike lifting weights in a gym or sprinting, mental challenges require relaxation and concentration. An empty mind is ideal for mental work.
