0	Study Confirms Male Circumcision is Genital Mutilation Leaving aside the fact that you probably did not need to be circumcised; you had a valid medical issue and had it addressed surgically and have probably gained penile function, as opposed to losing it. You are probably better off now—this cannot be said for more than 99% of boys that are cut as infants. Doctors told me it was obligatory (I've seen 2 differents). It's wrong to force it because it'll please an imaginary friend (religion) but understand that sometimes it's a therapeutic reason and we can feel bad or ashamed for everything we have probably lost.
