He's Anglo

It's cookie cutter advice just like do therapy or be urself. As you say most people there are already in groups and they don't want strangers to come in and ruin the dynamic
/r/PurplePillDebate03/01/24 02:54 PM
2

You were never gonna date them so it doesn't make a difference at the end of the day anyway

The below average guy is better off because he got to experience love and also because he knows that he at least has the potential.

Women who aren't basic bitches are a red flag.

I was told that people who talk about politics are boring so I stopped doing it and avoid the topic

I'm looking out for my naive bros who will inevitably read bad advice and get burnt by it
/r/PurplePillDebate02/01/24 08:42 PM

Don't put TWs, just stop writing. Bad advice is worse than no advice
/r/PurplePillDebate02/01/24 08:26 PM

Then they should just stop giving out any advice. Like literally just stop talking

Don't give a shit about charities or society at large. Working your entire life to then give your money away to a bunch of wealthy, entitled white women who will pay themselves out one million dollar bonuses seems like the ultimate cuck behaviour. A tomb? What am I, a Pharaoh?
/r/PurplePillDebate02/01/24 07:31 PM

Or I don't give a shit. What do I need a career for and to earn a lot of money for? So that when I die the big daddy government will inherit everything because I have no heirs? Lol, no thanks. Fuck the state

Some people win the lottery. Should men be inspired and become gambling addicts? Only a very small minority of women on OF make a living wage. They're not all Belle Delphines and it's prostitution anyway. I don't get inspired by hookers. Podcasting, Youtube and Streaming are all down to luck. You might as well try gambling instead. Go on Twitch right now, click on any category and start scrolling down. You'll go past so many 0-1 viewer channels that your browser will literally start freezing bef…

The issue is that a lot of men were raised with this whole lie that looks don't matter and just work on your personality, bro. Don't you know, bro, that personality > looks, when it in reality it's looks > personality. So it's just anger and resentment coming out from being told a great lie your entire life. So now all of the nice guys are realising that they will have to put YEARS of their life into improving their looks and then FOMO just kicks in really, really hard.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/01/24 07:06 PM

No, that's not true. I'm 188cm and awkward and people just treat me like an awkward autist.

The only hope I had was buying my own place, but the prices have risen so much that I'm never going to afford it. Once I lost hope in that I lost all will to live

What's funny is that she'd never do that to an actual psycho. It's only betas who are subject to humiliation and degradation

Going to read 20 books in 2024. Read 15 last year. Honestly feels like a waste of time. In my 15 years of reading I have not met a single person who shared my interest for it and the stories just make me depressed. Remember reading Murakami's Wind Up Bird Chronicle when I was 18 and kept thinking boy I wonder what my life will be at 30 (protagonist's age). Re-read it at 30 and boy did it feel like shit and depressing

Been waiting for an email from the tennis club for like a week now. Have been trying to sign up for it for like a month now. It's mental. Something that's supposed to be so simple is taking this much time. I'm actually trying to improve my life and the universe is just telling me to fuck off and die

I used to do that and felt like a fish out of water. They can tell you're a loser and don't really have much interest in helping you because they've all got issues of their own
/r/PurplePillDebate02/01/24 10:44 AM

Used to play LoL and Dota2 years ago. Put like 4k hours into them. Never again
/r/PurplePillDebate02/01/24 01:23 AM

Not off to a great start for 2024. Been feeling ill and I'm pretty sure there's something wrong with my dick cause I see blood. RIP fellas. Maybe the reaper will take me this year
/r/PurplePillDebate01/01/24 11:11 PM

It's not going to help you. The GFE is going to be entirely artificial and you'll know it and feel it

If you go to a place and you only have to compete with 5 guys I'd say that's not too bad. Most places I've been to either have no women, the women are too young/old or they're all taken. I've even tried memes like volunteering and it's all dudes or old people
/r/PurplePillDebate01/01/24 04:01 PM

If you don't want to have sex with someone then clearly that person is not desirable and no amount of words will undo that fact

I've given up on getting a gf but I'd like to at least fuck some chick. Going to reach my goal weight somewhere in February and try my luck with OLD
/r/PurplePillDebate01/01/24 02:16 AM

I wouldn't know. I've never been to one
/r/PurplePillDebate01/01/24 12:19 AM

Yay how fun. Shitty, loud, polluting fireworks are now gonna be going off for the next 20 minutes. So glad that cities are finally starting to slowly ban them
/r/PurplePillDebate01/01/24 12:12 AM

You must be joking. You really don't believe that some peasant father didn't beat the shit out of his abnormal son? Domestic abuse is widespread even today, back then when it was pretty much state sanctioned, it was outright lunacy
/r/PurplePillDebate01/01/24 12:12 AM

That's actual cope that men tell themselves, just like how men are the gatekeepers of a relationship. Women control the dating market in its entirety
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 07:02 PM

Nope. They're like rich people. Everything is handed to them
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 06:49 PM

10 years since 2014. I remember back then I already felt it was hopeless but I didn't think it would get this bad. Really not looking forward to another decade. My new year's resolution is to get cancer and die. My diet is so shit it shouldn't be too hard
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 06:23 PM

Useless sons would be the first ones to get sent to war. Also disease and workplace accidents
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 05:55 PM

Depends on how you define red flag
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 05:53 PM

People always had autism but it was either beaten/bullied into submission or the men would die early
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 05:35 PM

There's no need for them to do so
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 10:18 AM

Same here but with my forearms. They're pretty hairy and I used to be really self conscious about them so I would trim, but now I don't give a shit. Also don't bother shaving my beard even though it makes me look like 8 years older. At the end of the day no one looks at me so why put in the useless effort
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 12:04 AM

Disagree. Some of the most resilient, confident, assertive, happy and motivated people I personally know all have large body counts
/r/PurplePillDebate30/12/23 11:54 PM

Only 9/10s can afford to be honest that they're looking for a hookup. The rest of us are forced fight in the jungle
/r/PurplePillDebate30/12/23 10:46 PM

No, but a question like what brings you to this app just stinks of a job interview question. It's completely stupid and meaningless. He's there to get his dick wet or to meet someone duh
/r/PurplePillDebate30/12/23 10:40 PM

He did well. She wanted to turn it into a job interview with her tone and question. If a woman refuses to give you her number it's because she thinks your ugly.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/12/23 10:36 PM

Actually my hair is great. It's the pretty much one of the few things that I got lucky with. Even had girls play with it and shit
/r/PurplePillDebate30/12/23 08:44 PM

Confidence comes from years and years of positive reinforcement which is why it can't be gained after your childhood/teens years are over. The whole competence and accomplishment thing is a meme. Loads of wealthy STEM guys who can't pull anything
/r/PurplePillDebate30/12/23 07:44 PM
1

Grim. This is why men pick up meme hobbies instead of doing something like football or boxing
/r/PurplePillDebate30/12/23 06:42 PM

For her? Nothing. She's a woman and no one will judge her for it. For a man it would be suicidal and peak autism
/r/PurplePillDebate30/12/23 06:37 PM

Bugs and plants. And I thought my hobbies were shit, but she has female privilege so she'll do great

If a Chad like him struggles then the rest of us are fucked beyond belief
/r/PurplePillDebate30/12/23 05:08 PM
2

This isn't a motherly instinct. It's gatekeeping and not allowing men to date who they want. Also, you're seriously comparing cars to a relationship? Really?
/r/PurplePillDebate30/12/23 04:45 PM
1

Nah, at the end of the day women think with their emotions, hormones and pussy. They're very similar to men in this regard. A criminal with lots of experience is a vastly more preferable than a virgin. For a man being a virgin literally means being a failure, especially a failure of a man and women know it.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/12/23 03:50 PM

"She was only 25 years old, you sick fuck!" If women can't make their own choices at 25, then why are they allowed to do things like drive or marry? The double standards and infantilisation of women are just insane.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/12/23 03:48 PM
1

In western/westernised countries, yeah. I think you could get away with it in a Muslim country if you appealed to your religion or something. But then again, women are the same everywhere and want the same thing everywhere so who knows
/r/PurplePillDebate30/12/23 03:46 PM
1

Kinda spooky that stuff like this is mainstream.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/12/23 03:43 PM
5

Yeah they are. Women don't have patience for men like that. Welcome to traditional gender roles (but only for men)
/r/PurplePillDebate30/12/23 03:41 PM

Having friends is great. Until they all start getting married and having kids and suddenly don't have time for you because "sorry bud, wifey is nagging for me to go home" and before you know it you don't have any friends left and finding new friends at an older age becomes practically impossible because everyone's busy with their kids or already has friends and doesn't need new ones
/r/PurplePillDebate29/12/23 09:15 PM

They don't feel like it. They did miss out on their youth. That's the sort of damage you will never recover from
/r/PurplePillDebate29/12/23 07:33 PM
2

We do, but it either takes a lot of time or a lot of money or both, and it doesn't guarantee anything. I had to get braces and the amount of fuckery I had to go through was insane and yet it led to no perceptible benefit. Spent years on my hobbies and it led nowhere, tried making friends, but then they all got jobs/gfs and disappeared from my life, used to lift and ended up injuring myself badly, etc. Eventually FOMO kicks in and you start wondering what's the point. Hit the gym, spend 2 years o…
/r/PurplePillDebate29/12/23 07:27 PM
2

What makes you think we're not solving them? The issue is that unlike women who don't have to do anything, solving x,y,z takes years. Just getting a decent body can easily take 2 years of your life
/r/PurplePillDebate29/12/23 07:18 PM

I wanna try booking a therapy appointment but all of the therapists are literally women and the few men available are boomers. What the fuck. How is this industry so fucking rubbish and how is this allowed
/r/PurplePillDebate29/12/23 06:17 PM
1

Depends on what they mean by threatened. Like actually physically threatened? No. But I pretty much realise that I lost my chance and leave. Women care deeply about looks and the moment a better looking man enters you've lost regardless of how funny or smart you are, how good your personality is, etc.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/12/23 05:54 PM
2

Because all I do while working is fantasize about suicide and shitpost on PPD. It's mentally draining
/r/PurplePillDebate29/12/23 04:16 PM

It doesn't even make any sense because being in a desert is objectively worse by every metric.

No. You're wrong.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/12/23 03:12 PM

Who cares about empathy? It's not going to cure loneliness so fuck it. Rather be a massive asshole than be nice and get empty empathy from women
/r/PurplePillDebate29/12/23 03:00 PM
2

What? That I'd rather be a Chad and lead a happy and fulfilling life instead of being miserable and eventually taking the rope. I'm sorry that I want happiness, I wasn't aware that it was outlawed.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/12/23 02:55 PM
1

Degenerate things are reserved for Chads only. Beta bux only gets sex twice a year in the missionary position because the wife is always tired
/r/PurplePillDebate29/12/23 02:50 PM
1

Because it's the only option. That or die alone. Unless you seriously believe that a normal single woman is going to date and marry an incel in his 30s
/r/PurplePillDebate29/12/23 12:15 PM
3

A society like that will simply go extinct and be replaced by one that marries and has kids. It's literally happening in Europe
/r/PurplePillDebate29/12/23 12:06 PM
1

I've tried becoming an alcoholic for the same reasons, but just couldn't do it. It makes me so sick and shaky that I can't eat or drink anything for 2 days afterwards. Thought about drugs, but I'm a good boy and wouldn't know where to get them in this police state anyway
/r/PurplePillDebate28/12/23 11:41 PM

tips escorts Damn I know the tipping culture in America is nuts, but this is some next level shit. What's next? Tipping the bus driver?
/r/PurplePillDebate28/12/23 10:57 PM
1

Early, sure. Doesn't mean they can't break up anyway. People break up over petty shit all the time, but women are supposedly not breaking up over something that's apparently this huge deal, and even worse, actually marry the guy instead. Nah. They're either all playing the victim or his dick is just too good
/r/PurplePillDebate28/12/23 10:50 PM

guy constantly defends and simps for women posts in IncelTears and IncelExit check his post history he's a literal cuck it's like pottery, it rhymes
/r/PurplePillDebate28/12/23 10:43 PM

"Yeah yeah I had bullshit relationship and situationships but " Another one of Tyrone's pump and dump victims lashing out at betas. Tragic.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/12/23 10:37 PM

No one forced them to marry their useless husbands. Unless they live in fucking Saudi Arabia or Iran, they can no fault divorce him. Maybe if this was 2500 BC Babylon their complaints would have weight.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/12/23 10:33 PM
1

Then find yourself a husband who's willing to do half of the chores. What's the issue here.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/12/23 10:30 PM
1

Lmao. Daughters and granddaughters are living life on easy mode but need to find something to continue justifying feminism, being angry and craving attention so they create fictional scenarios where their poor, old grandma was forced into an evil marriage where she was treated poorly by her worthless husband that she couldn't leave because then she'd be burned on a stake like a witch. The reality is that grandma was sleeping around even more than her daughters and granddaughters are now.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/12/23 10:28 PM
1

This is some top tier cringe feminist propaganda. No one forced you to marry a fuck up so stop whining
/r/PurplePillDebate28/12/23 10:21 PM
3

No one actually enjoys loneliness, but women are lonely by choice, men aren't. Whenever I read these sort of posts I usually assume that the woman is either overweight or unattractive, but still wants Chad
/r/PurplePillDebate28/12/23 10:15 PM

Yeah, you are. Not just in America. Shyness and introversion are literally the worst qualities to have as a man
/r/PurplePillDebate28/12/23 07:47 PM

Self-improvement never works. You either got lucky and were raised properly or you didn't.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/12/23 07:39 PM

Yes, and I was talking about guys in on this sub too
/r/PurplePillDebate28/12/23 07:39 PM

No. Most guys struggling are struggling because they either don't have friends/social circles, have mental health issues or are super ugly/short. No need for pseudo psychoanalysis here
/r/PurplePillDebate28/12/23 07:34 PM

Why didn't you jump on fin? Losing hair is so traumatic I have no idea why you would subject yourself to this
/r/PurplePillDebate28/12/23 06:57 PM

Not all of us have huge cocks
/r/PurplePillDebate28/12/23 06:55 PM

Funny. I get most depressed precisely when I work. That's when my loneliness and suicidal thoughts really start popping off
/r/PurplePillDebate28/12/23 03:47 PM
2

Three friends?! Get this Chad out of here
/r/PurplePillDebate28/12/23 03:16 PM

It's only a numbers game for ugly manlets. For women it's ezpz
/r/PurplePillDebate28/12/23 02:54 PM
1

I love having a buzz cut but it makes me look like an alcoholic Russian gopnik
/r/PurplePillDebate28/12/23 12:12 PM

They're not celibate though. For women being single doesn't mean they don't get their asses blown out once in a while
/r/PurplePillDebate28/12/23 10:47 AM

I don't know what sort of metadata they can collect so I'd rather not risk it. Using Reddit is already bad enough
/r/PurplePillDebate28/12/23 10:25 AM
1

So that people wouldn't know. It's a massive stigma for older men
/r/PurplePillDebate28/12/23 10:20 AM
1

I don't trust in anonymous surveys
/r/PurplePillDebate28/12/23 10:09 AM
1

18-24 maybe they feel less pressure 45-54 maybe the middle age crisis in full swing idk I would lie on an anonymous survey too
/r/PurplePillDebate28/12/23 10:05 AM
2

Dunno. Shame? Societal expectations maybe. I've lied about my sexual history to doctors out of shame.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/12/23 10:01 AM
4

People lie. Reddit has entire subreddits like tifu where it's just a bunch of people making up stories and LARPing
/r/PurplePillDebate28/12/23 09:59 AM
1

Lol. Native women aren't attracted to immigrant men like us. We're at the bottom of the totem pole. Only Nords and Italians are really desired
/r/PurplePillDebate28/12/23 12:34 AM
2

Once again, someone who's actually experienced it telling you that it won't bring happiness. Funny how you didn't actively reject those relationships then and still had them. Now try being a 30 year old with no experience, seeing people around you lead happy lives, creating families and having kids, and try saying that again.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/12/23 10:01 PM
2

Showed up, she clearly had no interest and would only answer in one word answers and then we spent the next 30 minutes walking around the embankment without literally talking, reached the bus stop, shaked hands and left
/r/PurplePillDebate27/12/23 08:45 PM
1

Where to? And live as an immigrant? I'm already doing that. It's not great
/r/PurplePillDebate27/12/23 08:10 PM
2

No, not really. If I was born in a war zone, I'd be dead by now and wouldn't have to be miserable every day
/r/PurplePillDebate27/12/23 08:06 PM
2

This has nothing to do with the patriarchy. Women aren't incentivised to approach men because there's no reason for them to do so.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/12/23 07:33 PM
3

Well I certainly don't know what chemistry, flirting, icks and so on mean
/r/PurplePillDebate27/12/23 06:32 PM
1

It's both
/r/PurplePillDebate27/12/23 06:27 PM

I'm sure they're happily married. In a 2018 survey of more than 160,000 households, 93% of married Indians said that theirs was an arranged marriage. Just 3% had a "love marriage" and another 2% described theirs as a "love-cum-arranged marriage", which usually indicates that the relationship was set up by the families, and then the couple agreed to get married.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/12/23 05:47 PM

What's the issue? Smiles in his pictures Has a hobby he clearly loves and cares about Looks clean and groomed Not fat 5'3 Indian (I know lots of super models dating balding 5'3 Indian janitors) According to all the women giving out certified Reddit dating advice he's perfect
/r/PurplePillDebate27/12/23 05:34 PM

Who?
/r/PurplePillDebate27/12/23 05:24 PM

No. No.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/12/23 03:06 PM

You don't. Ignore people telling you to not chase because they're trying to sabotage you. Only women can afford to do nothing
/r/PurplePillDebate27/12/23 02:49 PM

Yikes. When women say hobby they usually mean stuff like lifting or some other normie shit, not anime or DnD.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/12/23 12:49 PM
11

Right. Why don't you give me all your money then
/r/PurplePillDebate27/12/23 12:29 PM
24

I'm sorry that I don't want to die alone, OP. It's easy for someone who experienced sex and relationships to just dismiss them. This whole post has millionaire telling you that money didn't bring happiness vibes
/r/PurplePillDebate27/12/23 12:22 PM

It only has those connotations to you. Clearly many women don't mind being treated poorly or else fuckbois wouldn't be so successful
/r/PurplePillDebate27/12/23 12:03 PM

Depends on what you mean by bad. Rapists and murderers? Sure. Just some violent asshole sociopath? Not really. They end up with pussy and money
/r/PurplePillDebate27/12/23 11:57 AM

Sure they can, but bad women won't be treated as nicely by men as bad men are treated by women. No one likes bad women, everyone loves a bad boy
/r/PurplePillDebate27/12/23 11:49 AM

Ofc they are, but there's nothing inherently wrong with being bad. In fact, as a man it's a net positive
/r/PurplePillDebate27/12/23 11:44 AM

He has a great personality
/r/PurplePillDebate27/12/23 11:34 AM

What's up with women getting mad at men for wanting to be fucbois? You reward them and shower them with attention and sex on the first date, other men see this and seek to emulate that behaviour instead of being some beta nice guy, and you get mad? The fuck
/r/PurplePillDebate27/12/23 10:51 AM
6

What about it? As long as you're attractive all of those things are ok or even desired (I can fix him, etc.). From my experience mentally ill, violent men do very well with women even if they're not that attractive
/r/PurplePillDebate27/12/23 10:13 AM

It is. Women care about looks even more than men do. Attractiveness is the single most important thing a man can have
/r/PurplePillDebate27/12/23 10:00 AM

People like that already have strong friend groups and won't welcome some loser into their midst just to ruin the dynamic they have
/r/PurplePillDebate27/12/23 09:43 AM

Meetup.com somehow got EVEN worse
/r/PurplePillDebate26/12/23 10:50 PM
2

Literally child abuse
/r/PurplePillDebate26/12/23 08:44 PM
1

Seeing a post where men are talking about their dating struggles and then women coming in to say "women have it hard too!"
/r/PurplePillDebate26/12/23 08:14 PM
2

Eh, not really. A lot of places are hostile to single people, especially men. That autonomy doesn't mean jack shit if you're not welcome anywhere
/r/PurplePillDebate26/12/23 08:11 PM
1

Yes, I hate it here. Hope this entire continent sinks to the ocean floor. Americans don't know how good they have it
/r/PurplePillDebate26/12/23 07:29 PM
1

The only country where this is viable is literally the USA. In Europe Christianity is literally dead and churches are filled with lonely, dying old people afraid of death. Once they die out, those churches will close

I actually had a Muslim guy straight up tell me that if I convert he'll find me a wife. I'll admit it does sound appealing, and considering that Muslims are the fastest growing demographic here, it's probably a logical choice too, but I simply don't believe in God. Tried reading the Koran and it was more cringe than the Bible.

Your dating life wasn't hard though. Women have it on easy mode. That's why we have 30 year old virgin males, but no 30 year old virgin women (nuns don't count). You're trying to make it seem like you accomplished something great, when in reality you probably just went through a bunch of fuckbois until you finally a landed a guy who was lonely and desperate enough. I can't take these dating "success" stories from women seriously. Especially from ones who hate men yet constantly seek dick out

More or less means she's got a 2 year prison sentence but didn't go to prison despite committing infanticide. It is rare, but feminists are pushing to extend allowable abortion terms so who knows. The end goal is to legalise it up to 9 months I think. Anyways, this discussion is going nowhere.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/12/23 07:05 PM

Of course it is. Imagine women literally saying that they will fuck you after 2 hours not being a compliment lmao

Rich people work hard too. You know how hard it is to start a business with a small loan of 1 million dollars from your parents?
/r/PurplePillDebate26/12/23 06:59 PM
1

I guess if you live in Texas or the Vatican abortion isn't an option, but that's simply not the case in the civilised world. A woman here aborted an 8 month baby and more or less got away with it. Religious women aren't letting the guy they met 2 hours ago to bareback them and nut inside
/r/PurplePillDebate26/12/23 06:57 PM
2

Ah yes. A woman bragging how easy it is for her. I'm sure rich people aren't unhappy either. Enjoy your privilege
/r/PurplePillDebate26/12/23 06:54 PM

I did pick better. Because me picking better didn’t lead me to these men. You didn't pick better. Try again next time
/r/PurplePillDebate26/12/23 06:49 PM

You don't need to read his mind, I know that detector stops working when in front of Chads. But unless you're completely crazy then you're not letting some guy you met 2 days ago knock up. It takes months and years of getting to know each other and if you can't figure out what type of man he is in that timeframe then it's your cum brain at work telling you to ignore all the red flags because he's 6"4 and got that dick game
/r/PurplePillDebate26/12/23 06:45 PM

I've said it again and I will say it now. Pick better men. No one forced you to let that bum nut inside you, but I guess he was really good looking so it's fine.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/12/23 06:38 PM

I don't think there's any point. Men who stay in those relationships suffer from the whole "masculinity is toxic and you're not entitled to sex" trauma that feminists always push. So maybe it's a mixture of guilt and desperation

Nah, you're being delusional. Women are treated as goddesses in western society. Free abortions, free contraception (so she can fuck even more Chads), grants, special positions and promotions, etc. If a man even speaks out about loneliness he'll be shut down, banned and ostracised. If a woman talks about loneliness she'll get dicked that same evening. /r/PurplePillDebate21/12/23 05:52 PM

It depends. I've gone through multiple yoyo cycles myself. Personally I think that if you've been obese since childhood, weight is something that will always weigh you down. You'll always struggle with it and will have to be always conscious of it, your eating habits, etc. I'm on my way to reach my goal weight, but I fully expect to regain all the weight back within 5 years or so. At least that's what happened the previous times.

The massive price increases of alcohol are considered to be one of the main reasons that led to the decline and slow death of the local pub industry in the UK. People always had to form social circles but it was easier in the past and also much cheaper. Back in the 90s normal people could afford to go to a pub since a pint of beer was like 2 quid and they didn't have to compete with OLD. OLD has completely rewritten the rules of dating. In the past I would be competing against the men in the pub, today I'm competing with the entire city plus the men in the pub, plus spending huge sums of money during an economic crisis and inflated cost of living

There's no lack of 3rd places but they're all monetized like crazy and cost huge sums of money for the average loner. So I'm essential paying my monthly gas or electricity bill with no promise or guarantee that it will actually lead to friendships or relationships. And I live in a major Western city. Everyone always keeps throwing around the word therapy so I decided to actually check it out. A single 50 minute session with an experienced, qualified therapist would cost me anywhere between 90 to 130 GBP. That's my gas bill right there. Who are these people recommending therapy? Are they all rich?
