Of course she does. She’d want half of your father’s ashes if she thought she could get a few bucks out of it.

100%. You let that slide, you end up hating yourself and she ends up cheating because she can’t respect you.

Good job bro. Keep pushing.

Use it as motivation man.

Whatever you are passionate about. Fishing, hiking, working out, cooking, shooting, etc. local Facebook groups for your favored hobbies would be a starting point.

Understandable. OP, don’t fall in love with 2 drinks and a shared appetizers worth of cooch. 😀

Not hard to get laid. Pretty difficult to find someone worth committing to if you have standards.

I don’t want to argue and you don’t have a point.

Can someone get a welfare check on this guy? Hopefully it’s just an edible or something.

What is the point that you are trying to make here? You sound like you may be dissociating.

If you are capable of reading comprehension, I said let the kid make their own decision when they are older. Indoctrination only works on followers.

Some people need religion to be decent people. Born followers. I went to church every Sunday as a kid. My son goes with his grandparents now. I do not go to church or believe in a god. The kid will be fine making their own decision when they are older if they are intelligent.

I make time for my girl when I’m with my son. I have my son every day that I don’t work. Either when he’s at school, while I’m cooking, after I put him to bed. Make time for the people you care for.

I don’t care as long as she can fully finance her life. But I’m also not gonna marry any of them.

The best part has been since my son got out of school for summer. I work a 14-14 rotation, so on my days off we are taking a trip each time I’m home. Me and my son decide where we want to go and what we want to do, and go do it. This month we went to the beach and went fishing for snapper. In a couple weeks we are going on another trip for trout, striper and smallmouth. His mom likely would have made him not want to go by guilt tripping him if we were still together.

Just gotta accept it. Assume it was all lies. You’ll never know, and it wouldn’t change anything if you did. It’s easier said than done, but you eventually have to deal with what is.

Agreed. I live in the woods of Mississippi and make about 120. While I live comfortably, it doesn’t go nearly as far most places with inflation and cost of living.

Tinder and FB are fine for meeting women. But I’d never marry or live with anyone again, so my perspective may be different.

They do this to get sole access to the house/kids/etc. stop considering her your wife and see her as the human parasite she likely is. Just take emotion out of it. Count on her to do whatever benefits her, no matter the cost to you or the kids.

Yeah, I’d imagine you’d have to get the guy on his own to have any semblance of honest conversation. My ex’s guy probably doesn’t think too highly of me even though we’ve never met or spoken. But I just feel sorry for him. There’s a sucker born every minute.

I 100% agree with you. I’ve seen what goes down in those hotel rooms and airbnbs. 😄

Most women are eventually gonna get railed whether they have a work husband or not. You ever been to a vacation spot and hooked up with a woman on a girls trip? In my experience the married ones were the ones ready to bring back the first guy who looked at them. I realize it’s not ALL women. But it’s absolutely a vast majority of conventionally attractive women.

It got infinitely better for me, and the only women I meet are intentionally casual. No chance I’d marry or cohabitate again.

There is a decent amount of oilfield work in PA and WV. One of the guys on my crew is from NY.

I’m in a different spot since we were separated a few years while going through divorce. But my ex moved in with a guy before the divorce was done. I honestly hope they work out. It keeps her off my ass and my son won’t have to witness her riding the carousel with a different dude every couple weeks. Use it as motivation for self improvement if it’s really bothering you.

I won’t be giving up a single day with my son for a woman. Have him 50% of the time.

You are right about not trusting them. I definitely don’t hate them though. Not even the ex. Just apathy and mild disgust.

Mine still does this. In her case she is just trying to fill the voids in her dating life. I recently cut her off because she was constantly popping up at my place without asking and wanting to sleep over. She has issues, and her self worth is entirely based on external validation. If she is not talking to/sleeping with someone, she is miserable. It seems like lots of women are like this.
/r/Divorce_Men02/04/24 03:29 PM

I was having the ex over pretty regularly because it was convenient with me living in the middle of nowhere. I recently stopped letting her stay over because she is dating a guy and I hope she stays with him. 😆

Yeah, just hop on Tinder and find someone like minded. Quite a few women on there looking for the same thing. But at this point I can reach out to one of the ones I’ve met previously. Just chat with them a bit first, as sone of the ones looking to meet up are married. Don’t need that drama in my life.
/r/Divorce_Men23/03/24 09:33 AM

Similar experience. Will under no circumstances ever get married again. Haven’t been on an actual date in years. Just do occasional meet ups when I want sex and I’m 100% content with that.

That’s the mantra of pretty much all of them bro.

That I see no difference in sex with her, vs the randoms. All good looking women have nearly unlimited options.

I’m 42, she’s 38. We didn’t have anything laid out, but I’ve cut back on letting her sleep over lately. She knows I don’t want to get back together, if she wants to date other guys and not sleep with me any more, I’m good with that too. It’s just easier since I have my son every day I’m not working, so I don’t have as much time for new girls since I wouldn’t bring them around my son.

We just kept having sex and other than a couple stretches of a month or two, still do. Sex is good, it’s convenient, works for me.

I’m almost 3 years out and still have pretty regular sex with the ex. Works for me. I never want to marry again, so if I date it’s just to get laid anyway.

If a man thinks a cheating wife will be loyal to him, he’s likely too stupid for anything you say to get through to him. The sooner you can let her go and stop concerning yourself with what she is doing, the sooner you’ll start to get over it.

I sold my boat and my newer truck while going through the divorce. It was tough, but now nearly 2 years out, the peace is well worth it.

Even then, it’s not worth the risk. Never marry. I wouldn’t even cohabitate.

Man I used this to quit drinking and get in shape. A couple years out this has really paid dividends. I don’t give a fuck about relationships any more, but there are way more women than I have time these days. Enjoy your time with your kid and build yourself up. Some time in the future you will likely be grateful for this as long as you can move forward and better yourself. Good luck man. You can do this.

I’ve had regular sex with my ex for the past few years. As long as you don’t get attached again, or let her use it to manipulate you into anything for her benefit, I don’t see an issue. I think too many guys get led around by their dick in that situation and that’s why people avoid it. Just my take.

This. Just take your turn and enjoy life. Don’t marry or cohabitate.

Take half out of the account now and move it to your new account. I made the mistake of only pulling 5k to start a new account and 24 hours the account was in the red from her spending or pulling out the remaining balance. Plus she continued writing checks on the account knowing she’d cleaned it out. Cost me more money. They wouldn’t close the account with pending charges.

Child support is a total scam for those of us who have their kids at least 50% of the time.

I married one of those agreeable women. I’m still divorced. Just took a few years longer than it may have with a mouthy B. Don’t. Get. Married.

They know you should be worried about him, that’s why they keep him hanging around. That way they can fully grasp that branch before they let go of yours. It’s amazing how similar all of these women behave. Oh well. Get fit, get your financial situation squared away, enjoy your time with your kids if you have them. You’ll have your pick of women if you take care of yourself. Just don’t make the mistake of getting married again. To much risk for too little gain in marriage for men.

Could have written this myself. Couple years later and she has flipped again, or trying to act like she did before. Guess the grass wasn’t greener after all. She is out of luck now though. Load catcher is the only position available these days.

It’s not the solution you want, but it’s what you need. Take time to become a better version of yourself. Hit the gym, quit drinking, get your diet together. Once you get yourself settled, the options are nearly limitless for a guy who has his stuff together. Just don’t be the guy who jumps back into another relationship looking to get married again. Try to get yourself to the point where in a year or two, if she tries to come back after a few rounds on the carousel, you laugh her right back out…

I started losing my erection while switching positions, or if we stopped for a few seconds. Also wasn’t getting rock hard anymore after starting new meds. I ended up getting a script for generic viagra. It’s been amazing. Hard enough to cut glass for as long as I wanna go now. Can sometimes go back to back if I’m into it. No shame at all in my game.

Fishing, boat rides, tubing, hiking, atv rides, arrowhead hunting, water park, arcade, just bought a 20x60 tarp and staked in down with a lawn sprinkler beside it for a slip and slide.

Just see a urologist and hop on TRT. I’m 40 and have abs again. My test levels are 900-1100 when they were 200-350 without. High sex drive, slight ball shrinkage, and moderate breakouts on my back are the only side effects. I’m afraid to try Tren. I don’t go to the gym, so just pull-ups, push-ups, planks, and sprints when I get time. I quit drinking and I’m down 50 pounds and look like I did at 25. It’s been a huge confidence boost for me after the break down of my marriage.

Soon to be ex is keeping my last name. Says she wants to have the same name as our son. There is no way I could give any less of a fuck what she does at this point, as long as my son is happy and healthy.
