I labeled it under “False Accusation” but in reality there is not enough evidence to support either party’s claims so the case should’ve just been thrown out from the beginning. 2	Womanspreading Honestly I think what she’s doing is fine, I often do that too with my backpack on my commute. I’d take my bag off of the other seat if someone were to ask me, if I see someone standing up (because no extra seats), or if I see a bunch of people getting on the bus.
