So are you recommending that people who are new to TRP and the skills that we learn here take "baby steps" when we are learning to use these tools rather than jumping straight into the deep end? I like what you said a lot and it makes sense. If you could explain it in a more practical way (like what people new to TRP can do to keep themselves in check) then that would be appreciated.

I think it's amusing. I don't get chills in my spine; I just feel like laughing hysterically at how pathetic it is. I think the fact that they're both relatively hot makes it even funnier. All women are crazy but the ones in this video must have gotten an extra dose of it when they were in the womb.

Honestly going to the gym and lifting is great, but you're just building muscle. It's important to build functional muscle also, which is why I think after people start going to the gym they should pick up another sport. I do MMA and I swim competitively so the muscle that I'm building at the gym actually gets used for something.

I have a hard time reading into the subtext of conversations. This isn't just with females but with my male friends too. I've been trying to get used to "POWERTALK" recently but I started just a few weeks ago and the progress is coming slowly. On a side note, I'm starting to realize that feeling for the subtext in conversations with women is about 'feeling' for the meaning behind the words rather than 'thinking' about it, so I'm going to be reading books on emotional intelligence to get better a…

I'm split between INTJ and ENTJ (because I'm an ambivert). It's really good to know what your personality type is so that you can be aware of your natural strengths and weaknesses. I like to focus on the weaknesses for my personality type so that I can be a more well rounded person. Employers frequently use Myers-Briggs personality tests to screen people for the positions that they are trying to fill. Being aware of what you are ahead of time can give you a lot to work with during a job intervie…

You should read the Way of the Superior man. It will help you a lot when it comes to internally feeling out what your purpose is and making everything else in life less important, which in this case would include your girlfriend. I know that this sounds counterintuitive, but your woman doesn't want to be considered the most important thing in your life, and if she is then she will lose attraction for you. If you have mental issues then work on yourself and be honest with her about it. On another…

Trancendental meditation isn't something that you can learn from the internet. Trust me, I tried and it seems like it works but it isn't real Trancendental meditation practice. To truly learn that technique I had to pay $480 to go to a week long meditation camp and learn from a practitioner. Best $480 that I've ever spent. Other than that, there are 2 main types of meditation that you can practice. The first is focus meditation. This involves you focusing on keeping your mind from thinking or ov…

I hope that I don't get skewered for saying this, but yes, my opinion is that it's unmanly to avoid confrontation in certain contexts. If a confrontation is really not worth your time and you could be doing better things by subtly getting out of it then that's the best choice to make in that situation. If this confrontation is something that could challenge you and be beneficial to your growth as a human being, then yes, I believe it would be unmanly to avoid confrontation in this situation. It'…

This is a really simple way to put it and I like it a lot. Thanks bro

The reason I engage in debates with my one friend in particular is because he listens to my point of view, thinks about it, and either agrees with or disagrees with parts of what I say, as well as explaining why. Then I consider his reasoning for agreeing or disagreeing and come up with my own opinions as to what he said and formulate a response. I retort because this isn't a friend that would act irrational during arguments and debates. We have a mutual respect for each other and our own ideas.…

Fuck League of Legends (or rather fuck me for spending so much time playing that game). My addiction to that video game throughout High School and my first two years of college is what led me to depression, which led me to self improvement which in turn is how I found TRP. I quit cold turkey and now I feel incredibly sorry for all of those guys out there who are addicted to something that's holding them back. I loved this post. I just felt this carnal aggression to rant build up within me when I…

It would be awesome if someone could compile a list of really good movies and TV shows that resonate with the red pill philosophy. One of my personal favorites is Risky Business.

Apologizing to people just so that they'll like you isn't what friendship is. Friends can have disagreements and they can get pissed at each other. It happens. That's human relationship. Trying to be friends with everybody isn't a bad thing, but sacrificing your morals and inner self in order to appease people definitely is.

And going off of what this guy said, if you actually try saying whatever comes to your mind then you'll realize that it's a ton of fun being able to say whatever you want (within reason) and genuinely not giving a fuck as to what she might think. I've said things to girls that would NOT be advised by anyone when it comes to meeting new people, but I still got really good reactions. It's not what you say, but HOW YOU SAY IT!!! Now go get laid bros. I'm drunk. I say within reason because apparentl…

I like this a lot because of the way you do it. I've dropped this exact line before, being relaxed and looking her in the eyes, and then just kissed her. It always works well and women like guys who are direct. The way you do it, building up the tension and making her wait on it; that's just straight up fun. You know you're good when you treat "game" as if it was an actual game. This is the kind of thing that leaves a lasting impression on a girl afterwards. This is the kind of thing girls tell …

I really like this topic, and in my opinion the answer is everywhere! My favorite is when I see a girl walking to class I'll approach her and say "Hey my names _____! I thought you were really pretty/cute/beautiful and I had to introduce myself!" and then I walk with them on campus, chit-chat a little and get her number to invite her out to my fraternities parties on the weekends! Note: I'm the social chair for my fraternity so I usually run this routine 2-5 times a day so that my brothers have …

I would reccomend High Status Humor. Its a system that teaches you how to use humor to pick up women while not lowering your status. It's been really useful for me and combined with "Inner Game" programs like Models by Mark Manson and David DeAngelo's Deep Inner Game it can make you unstopable. The best part for me is that I've been able to apply it to my professional life as well. "Its not the grades you make, it's the hands you shake."

I'm at university like you, and I was in a similar situation. The biggest mistake I made was trying to get girls, when I should have been making friends. Books like The Game, Double Your Dating, and other PUA forum stuff that you'll read are useless in college. I read a book called "Conquer Your Campus" and it changed a lot for me. College girls want fun, not romance. Talk to the people in your classes and make friends there. The year just started so take your time. You have 4+ years ahead of yo…

I'm curious. The video basically explained the differences between extroverts and introverts, and barely scratched the surface of the strengths and weaknesses of the two. I've never read the book that your talking about, but what aspects of "game" does it focus on and how do introverts gain from it? As an introvert I'm pretty interested in this.
