| 3 | My experience in TargetStand near the kid and wait for a female adult and tell her what is going on and then ask her to walk with you to the front and get the manager. Do not get within an arms length of that kid or crouch down to their level either. Who says the camera can see what did or did not happen. Target has a lot of customers that are too 'uppity' to be seen in Wal-Mart. Helicopter Moms and Dads abound. It is better to be safe than sorry in this case.
