I am in a similar position. I work any where from 50-60 hours a week. In my time that I am not working I am usually exercising in various ways. I try to catch up with old friends or find something similar to do.

Thank you for this. I was not expecting a comment like this, however it is much appreciate. You know what? You are right, I need to be at peace with myself. Do you have any resources that may help? As of right now I am trying to incorporate yoga/meditation/ mindfulness in into my busy week at least 2-3 times.
