So are you saying that, if the doomsday scenario comes about, my best bet is to not even admit that sex occurred? That's what I thought, seeing as how she has no proof of anything. The conversation was actually pretty damn long and drawn out. I'm not concerned at all about my roomate. He and I are old friends and he's def. not sleeping with them both lol. He would lie in court to protect me, but if it came to that he wouldn't even have to. The apologizing to her thing was basically the only thing that prevented her from reporting this in the first place. She wanted to know that I felt bad too. While I wasn't lying when I said I was sorry, cuz I am sorry that she's upset, I never once admitted to her that I raped her. Cuz I didn't.

Your guess is as good as mine. I know she regretted sleeping with me for so long after we broke up, but like I said, we had done it several times before. I don't believe I've said anything to anyone that could be used to support her story. The only other person who knows about this that I've spoken too is my roomate in question, and he would not talk about it to anyone.

I am a university student, yes. As for the alcohol thing, she has no proof she was drunk, she's doesn't even normally drink. Would she have to prove she was drunk or would they just take her at her word?

The fact she stayed could def. be corroborated. Is that really a major factor? While I'm not well versed in these things, I'd imagine very few rape victims spend the night with their attacker.
