Because women who aren't conventionally attractive desperately desire for attractiveness not to be an important component of their value as a person. Part of RedPill theory is that attractiveness is always an important component of the total value of a woman, and that hiring practices such as this demonstrate that. This woman leveraged her youthful attractiveness into both a marriage and a tenured teaching position, but gave those up, presumably because she wasn't "haaaapy".
