I never knew that men and women were exactly as crazy as each other until i became friends with a guy who is conventionally attractive, like, he could be (and was occasionally) a model. Easily. The things i saw women do around him are the same stupid stuff i see guys doing around hot women. You don't get the point they're making. That's the problem. The idea of reducing your work hours isn't about you doing your job in a few hours a week, but reducing your hours and if the work can't be done, hiring more people to do it. Productivity for workers has steadily increased and sometimes exploded (due to some new technology) ever since we started measuring it. Machines work faster, we have better software, we know more, have better tools, imported techniques, better trained workers, etc.…

You don't, really. One of my oldest friendships started with flirting and getting to know each other thinking about going out and being a thing. She didn't wanted to, but she was cool and i decided that sticking around as a friend was better than leaving. It's been nearly 20 years since then. We've been through all sorts of relationship status around each other, we've been drunk together on several (maybe too many) occasions, we've been really really sad and really really happy around each other…
