Yeah I still have this from time to time. The thinking process is something like "I'm still not worthy of someone that hot". Not 100% sure how to beat this completely, but having a decent daily schedule with solid hobbies such as Martial Arts should stop the overthinking and make women just "a thang among others". There is still a pedestalizing process at play here.

You don't need a red pill, just a chill pill. All this sub teaches is: You are in control of your own life. So go to the gym, smile, get your shit together, et cetera. It's not some fucking super revolutionary shit, even if some people make it out to be. It's rather something that should be common sense but has seized to be due to the rise of nerdism and basement dwelling. You can skip the stuff about women in here. They are not evil. The basic wisdom is: They like sex as much as you do. And the…

Don't be bitter. I'm on my journey from almost 300 lbs to 200 (6"3 with the broad build). You will notice changes in behavior every 30 lbs or so. With this often comes a lifestyle change that will also brighten you up - picking up MMA classes or anything similar will help. Regardless of your success, you need to drop that anger and depression bullshit. Would you date a landwhale? Probably not, so why do you expect beautiful women to like fat motherfuckers? If I want to bed fit women, I better be…

Wtf. The minimum information required would be to actually know your ethnicity. Also stop whining. Unless you have some serious facial burn scars, chances are you are not that ugly.

Thank you. These are some true gems. Too many people post the same old self-help-industry shit. It's utter garbage. Rather read some good fiction or non-fiction with an actual topic, such as history. Gives at least ten times the information and inspiration those stupid self help books provide. Let me add some stuff. No ranking whatsoever, just some of my more recent readings: Peter Frankopan - The Silk Roads /// I am looking at you, Americans. This is a part of the world of which few of you have…

complete and utter bullshit. Look at who procreates and in what places. It's mostly poorer people who do not necessarily possess good genetics. Top 1% people don't tend to have huge ass families and a significant amount of them remain single.

A big city is good for gaining some professional experience when you are young and, in some cases, even work. I much prefer medium sized cities (up to 250.000 people), the likes of which we have an abundance here in Europe. I do not like the anonymity of big cities, which is good for Tinder, but not for creating genuine friendships with people.

I don't know what to think about this long ass post. For me Tinder is about meeting up and hooking up within ~30 minutes. No need to do second dates or anything like that, always pretty straight forward.

gotta call bullshit on this post as well as OP. For men, looking good also feels good. I realized this when i started to loose weight: Putting on Tanktops during summer is just so much more comfortable than hiding in five layers of sweatshirts. For men and women who are aware of their body and feel good about it, looking good will always add freedom rather than taking it away. I also met a lot of girls who were genuinly feminine.

This is essentially right, but like all of TRP should be enjoyed with a grain of salt. If you have an important appointment or university exam coming up, cleaning up instead of preparing would be procastrination too, as you focus on low priority tasks instead of immediate high priority tasks. So: Generally keep your flat clean but do not clean it if you have other, more important shit to do first!

A prime example of Oneitis. Also: One year is far too long. Close the deal right away or become an Orbiter. You sound like you're in love with a girl who just abuses you emotionally. If she rejects you while you act alpha, you know that this situation is beyond saving and you should fuck off out of there.

For most people a porn addiction is deeply intertwined with a general internet / social media addiction. Try to get off that instant gratification trip and realize that life does also consist of things we sometimes don't like to do but have to.

My main goal is that i want to be on the move. Nothing tires me more than staying for an extended period here in my home in Europe. It makes me sick. That's why i love travelling so much. I actually would like a role in which i can strengthen the cross cultural bonds between Europe and Asia - more on the business side than on the political side. That's my vision for now - not very specific, i know that.

/r/askTRP16/06/16 03:56 PM

Really depends on the situation. You should not take her on a candlelight dinner, as this gives LTR / orbiter hints. The whole setting has to be high pace - with quick chances to escalate and being sexual. Anything else would be a waste of time and bore the girl.

I probably had one of the worst childhoods on this sub. Everyone imaginable put obstacles on my path. I was a fat misanthropist. I still managed to fight my way out of it and start to live my own life. I managed to become one of the top 1% of students in my countries. I'm still traveling the world. There have been setbacks but it does not matter. You need to take control. If the bible speaks of "paradise", realize that it meant the world that we are living in at this very moment. You'll see if you are attractive to the girl you're gaming. If she comes back to you like a puppy dog you basically have a free pass. If she does not respond to it at all you know that you were not attractive in her eyes, meaning that you should move on.

If you look at her and your stomach clenches, you are doing something wrong and should probably lift harder. As soon as you don't give a fuck you are ready to go. Depending on how she treated you, treat her like every other woman (aloof) or just be indifferent (actual consciously ignoring is not being indifferent).

Very good post. Great value, should get a lot more thumbs up. Another important thing would be to limit your time multi tasking on the internet: Browsing reddit and facebook, while simultaneously listening to Metallica and watching some dumb shit on Youtube. I know that a lot of Nerds have gotten used to that kind of shit over the years, but it fucks with our ability to actually stay focussed while reading a novel, learning a language or instrument or getting that final kick in the butt we need …

No use showing disinterest in women, when they don't come up to you. There must always be some form of initiative, i don't have them lined up in front of my doorstep.

You're right about the make-up. I think that's a specifically American beauty standard. I was often put off by what American lads in this sub would describe as hot. Here in Europe we are much luckier with how hot women are even without make up. I'd even say that most porn stars look much worse than anything you could get in the real world (one is actually lowering his standards for porn) and a real world ass is always a hundred times better than an ass made out of pixels and bad lighting.

While i found this to be true for myself, it seems to collide with some other perspectives TRP offers: Being the top-player of the local football team, being the center of attention at social events, having "high social value" in general, going to events with two plates already accompanying you. And i still think that this can work against you. I attended a language class abroad last year with some fellow students. Very good post! I too love to travel solo, although i've enjoyed meeting the locals (i can take being completely alone only so much). I often abstain from group activities. For example i do a lot of excursions with fellow students to other cities or even countries. When they explore the area on a scheduled bus trip, i rather go alone and explore the area alone. I decided to stay of facebook, twitter and all that other shit a couple of months ago and i feel like a big weight has been lifted off my shoulders. The number one reason to stay off facebook is, that it makes you fucking miserable. THIS! People need to learn that RP does not offer "universal truths" but advice that is highly situational. Being open minded towards other people does not mean that you need to become their bitch or throw away your boundaries. Smiling is not generally a sign of BP weakness.

The main thing this shows is that a large amount of people are fed up with the political center drifting more and more leftwards. They want to restore balance and they do so by electing someone, whom they feel, shows the others his middle finger. It is sort of a counter political movement to all the SJW's, multiculturalists and feminists - a neo-right movement.

I'm feeling you bro! I'm in my last year of living in a small university town in Europe and it was fucking hard to find people i could connect to. I've found a gem or two, who became my best friends, but i never experienced the joy of being part of a group that does shit together or travels together. I have a very hard time finding a group of amazing guys to hang out with. I have a handful of very close friends who i'd consider alpha and that's about it. 80-90% of guys in my university subject are BP nice guys or even feminists. I rarely get in touch with "higher RP quota" subjects such as Business Administration and it's hard for me to actually become friends with those people instead of just sitting around them in a lecture. This sums up reality so well, kudos to the director and everyone involved! It's just like this: The left adopts more and more extreme and ridicolous positions, so the center and right wing voters get more and more pissed off and choose people like Trump to make a point. The left does not realize that by assuming extreme positions it alienates the majority of the people / electorate.
/r/TheRedPill03/05/16 07:53 PM

Well i'd say it's an US thing mostly. If she lived in Europe she'd have a totally different experience as people here are less prude and more open minded when it comes to sexuality.
/r/TheRedPill28/04/16 07:40 PM

This is basically all the RP theory you need to know. As long as you are a fat fuck/awkward nerd/mommy's boy/ugly, you can be a rocket scientist, Harvard student or a male Mother Teresa - women won't give a fuck and see you just for all the sexual traits you do not display. If you're attractive/dominant/fit you can basically "shoot a guy in the middle of New York City" and still cause her Pussy to be dripping wet.

I'm by no means against diversity in any area. The core thing that struck me was the "women rebel" thing that seems like an exact cope of the VII plot. Of course, it might still be worth watching.

Sorry but i can't really understand people who are still denying the importance of looks. It is the #1 important thing and there is literally nothing a man can do about it, other than improve in that department. It's way harder to do then it seems. What you have to do is verbally suck the dick of everyone you deal with. Every disagreement has a chance of them turning against you, so think twice about disagreeing. Also: Adapting to the ways of your costudents / coworkers / friends can be tough, as their social codes are often stupid.

The latter automatically think of white Chads as guys with a huge ass wallet, thus clinging to them because money and status are the most important things for these third world women. Is that legit? They canceled weekend events because of Roosh? That would be ... unbelievable :D

"truely shocking and horrifying" good god, could they stop with the superlatives? It's about people grabbing a beer and it's probably not even real. Why is everyone using the biggest weapons in their inventory? No chance i could ever take them seriously.

rain man can you expatiate on that? What's a rain man level of strategic planning? I'm asking because i'm actually interested in strategic planning :)

I tried to jump to Roosh's defense, even by proclaiming that i don't even like the guy. Still, the SJW's fucking launched at me like i was worse than Hitler. The sad thing is, that this is becoming mainstream as we speak. Even people who are smart in other areas are flooding my fb timeline with this shit.

Well we actually have a huge problem right now in Germany with fake posts about criminal incidents and it is just frightening to see how easy stuff like that can end up in mainstream media.

Well they are focussing a lot about his blogposts about "legalizing rape". I do not know a lot about what he meant by that but when it comes to such a topic, one is cornered pretty easily.

What i would say is that i like people who are passionate about something. People with ideas, with skills, with knowledge and passion. Not the guy who is "into photography", but the guy who is truely a professional with goals, visions and a certain idea of what he's doing. That accounts for hobbyists as well as professionals. Also people who have experienced something outstanding in their lives -> older people with a lot of life experience. The gold standard for me is a guy like Gordon Ramsay. H…

Well, i think it is still important to loosen up from time to time. Talking about a video game or a movie can do exactly that. The funny thing is, even when i hear people talking about a video game or movie , they do it in a bland and superficial way that i find boring.

While i understand the thinking behind this, it is still very hard to do. RP endorses "become a better version of yourself" rather than "be yourself", while also acknowledging that ppl and women in particular will see through acts being put on. So if i genuinly do not find jokes about Trump particularly funny, how could i make other people laugh about him or even laugh at my own jokes about him? If you have reached a certain stage of critical / analytical thinking and a "let's get things done" a…

Yeah i'm angry a lot of the time and i'm somewhat scared that this will damage my health. Apart from that, i am too much of a fighter to give up and i'll probably (or at least: hopefully) end up in an environment more fond of merit in my MA.

Exactly what /u/_the_shape_ said! And to put it in Morpheus' words: I know exactly how you feel. But we do not want to mistake arrogance for confusion. I myself have had a TRP philosophy for quite a while now and of course you start to get disgusted by the way nerdy-pale-skinny guys pamper all sorts of women. I would consider myself as very social. I do not have a problem with attending meetings, parties or whatever by myself, even without knowing anyone from there. Still i am probably a guy wit…

Exactly! Why not have the best of both worlds. Social media is growing in importance when it comes to marketing and so forth, so completely plugging out is not really an option anymore. It just should not act as a substitute for real social life, so try not to waste any time chatting or procastinating on there.

I think this is a disgusting development. Women started to think that they are entitled to getting instant validation of guys way above their league. Fat cows act like they were hot shit and they even get through with it. Girls with average looks but nothing else to offer score higher than ever before. These are crazy times.

Really inspiring. My starting position is also fat Asian in a white country (except that i'm luckily 6"2). If you wanna share experiences msg me.

Makeout Whore is a pretty fitting term. I don't really get it with these girls. When i try to pull her shirt up she says that she does not want to make other people loathe by showing them her "bacon". She is not even that fat and by me wanting it, whats the problem? I'm on kind of a dry streak. Thats probably why i gave her that many chances.

Thank you so much! I really needed this. Yes, approval seeking is something that i still carry with me from my BP puberty. In theory, i know that bragging about being someone special turns most people against one, but in practice i seem to always forget it.

My Tinder conversation was a big BP fail. Don't know if its different in the US. I felt like i had to give long-ass answers while she, of course, gave short ones. If i just answered without asking something, the conversation was over (she would not ask me anything). The biggest fail occured just minutes ago: She told me good night. Thanks for telling me to loosen up, it is really in issue. Back in my BP days i was focussed on pussy in a very unhealthy way. Its still not all gone, but its gotten …

As a guy of course we have to let her do most of the talking, because of her narcisissm. Hell, i even met girls whom i asked what they were studying, and they would not even ask me back and just continue blathering. Even out of the girls i could get down with it was hard to find someone who could say something a little bit deeper.

I do understand that. I would not say that the 8 was anything above average intelligence. But we both came from the same town so we had something to start from. I just can't to seem to get more than a few laughs out of her because the stuff that moves me is so radically different from the stuff that moves an average girl. Then again, for the other girls it was hard to get any conversation going at all.
