I wasn't suggesting that he never stated by what metric, I was saying that even by the metric he suggested, circumcision is NOT more harmful than rape. Of course it doesn't negate the power difference, but the video creator tied in the issue of pursuing justice as a significant part of his argument here - and the fact is that it's no harder to pursue legal reparations for unwanted circumcision than it is for rape.
