1	What disadvantages do women still have? The only disadvantage is the social norms tell women to avoid career paths which require ambition (such as STEM). But feminists don't care about it. Countries with higher gender equality have less percentage of women in STEM. Feminists don't care, and even see it as "inspiring". 1	The idea that all should be equal is called humanism. Not feminism. Humanism is concerned with the rights of all, feminism only with the rights of some. When protection of rights of only half of humanity, is accepted as the full concept of equality, the rights of half of humanity exist nowhere. "All Lives Matter" would be fine if humans were perfectly rational beings, which they are not. So it's invariably seen as diverting attention away from problems of minorities. There are other ways to highlight problems which affect everyone. Yes, you have to navigate through political correctness, but I think political correctness is the lesser evil here.
