I don’t really expect anyone to have my back if I fuck up. It’s my fuck up and it’s called accountability. This is the truest thing I’ve heard in a while Currently have a female project manager but she does nothing and stays clear so I could care less. Essentially I’m still managing my own projects and I like it that way. I don’t like other fingers in my work, it’s always proved disappointing.
