Nah, just get a script for the clap and file for divorce. Because you don’t know if they have an open marriage, separated, etc. so probably not worth your time.

I have a friend in NJ that had to pay his spouse attorney fees. First check with your lawyer, the courts can order this to “level the playing field,” especially if the marriage is over 10 years, and if you have to pay, make sure to do so through the court system, so that everything is above board and the court will have record so “no funny business.”
