Ah I see. I think for me having kids is both easier and harder. My kids are my family and they actually help me get through it because we have so much fun together and love each other. But then again it is hard sharing kids with a wife that divorced you and wants another man… so yea there’s that.

Do you have kids? Mine are still young and I could never play pretend family with someone else with my kids. So I’m for sure staying single even for them to grow up more stable. But even for myself.

For me, it’s been a hard 1 year post divorce and I still struggle. But lately I been just thinking that my happiness and my peace are not in her hands. I’m trying to focus on my kids and working on myself. I can totally see myself being single the rest of my life.

You matter brother. Your kids need you. You are a father. You contribute to society with your job. You can enjoy the beauty around you. Go out and see some nature. Get some hobbies. Find some good friends. You got this my dude.

Marriage is not about what’s in it for you. Love is sacrificial. It’s about both spouses giving themselves to the other fully and staying by their side no matter what. And you have kids. What kind of man leaves his family? Trust me, you won’t be happier. I also had these thoughts before because I was stressed with family life but then when my ex divorced me it shattered me and now 10 months later I’m so lonely and broken. Also, lots of therapists have degenerate values. Personally I don’t trust …

Didn’t you think your first wife was the love of your life? And didn’t your now wife think the same of her ex? Just curious. I can’t see myself with anyone else at this moment.

You matter dude. Don’t let your ex make you feel like shit. I know how that abandonment feels. You’re not alone. If I lived in Minnesota I would have loved to grab some lunch or something. Don’t give up man. A lot of use can’t see the light at the end of the tunnel, but it’s there. It’s just a long tunnel. Your daughters will be 18 one day and YOU are their real father. No one can take that away from you. And in 2 years you can see them again but hopefully even sooner! You’re resilient dude. Goi…
