In that kind of way it's more of a physical vulnerability, like an open wound or being unguarded when there's a punch coming towards you, which of course is bad. But in terms of character and socializing yea it's generally a good thing. I do agree with your point about bad ppl. I am honest with them when I tell them I genuinely want nothing to do with them and I hope others are able to do the same. Have an amazing day!

Being vulnerable is strength. Vulnerability is being open, not hiding your true self, thoughts and feelings. For example, if you're talking to someone and this person is expressing their feelings to you, they're being truthful, open and genuine (being vulnerable with you). And let's say you feel the same way but for some reason you say you don't feel the same way or you just don't say anything regarding how you feel. Then you're not being genuine or truthful to this person (not being vulnerable)…
