8	People who get laid,how? If all of that is actually needed, 80% of men would be single. But you hit the point with all of those since they're needed to be happy in life but it is so hard to achieve the mindset you described. Like "not feeling shame" or "not looking for outside validation". You can't just stop those processes at once. I feel like we as a society don't have the precisely defined set of tools to rewire these deeply internalized products of our upbringing.
