Aside from neither of those words being made up, "pussy pass" means "women getting a societal pass because of their gender". "Manspread" means "men sitting with their legs spread to show dominance" (or something). Only one of those things actually happen. To play devil's advocate, I'd argue that it's not fair to the kid to not have a father. I mean, sure, it's not fair to the father that the mother wouldn't at least give the kid up for adoption, but in my opinion, the needs of a helpless baby who did nothing but exist outweigh the needs of the father who at least did something to create it - and a kid needs a dad.
