2	Do feminists really not care about facts or do they just expect to be taken seriously? Stuff like that, and false accusations, really piss me off. 1	Hey , will you guys enlighten me with your knowledge about the American family court ? So I turned in a paternity affidavit on my daughter. Basically both parties sign it stating the man is the father. My partners ex took him to court about 4 years ago. 1	Hey , will you guys enlighten me with your knowledge about the American family court ? So I am currently fighting my birthgiver (as a woman) to get my kids back. It has been three years. I am going to chime in as a woman. We are definitely NOT indoctrinated to respect all men. We are indoctrinated to fear them. My birthgiver talked about my father pinning her against the wall. Telling me I needed to be wary of men. I guess I wasn't supposed to notice the part where it was a direct result of her striking him. If I didn't see the direct effect of things like the bias in family court and criminal court I cannot promise I would still be able to acknowledge the problem. 5	False accusations are actually common, despite the attempts feminists make to diminish it. I've seen death threats to a man who was wrongly convicted yesterday. The "victim" changed her story multiple times on the stand. Even with a successful appeal he is likely to spend at least three years in prison. They are discussing a life sentence. For allegations that can't even be kept straight through a testimony in court.
