Penile cancer is rare around the world. A study from Denmark shows a reduction of penile cancer, when men clean their penis. Also to decrease your chances of STD’s, is to sleep with one person in marriage or relationships. Only a foolish man, would think he can sleep with somebody with STD’s, just because he’s circumcised.
