Because she was walking away??? How can one reasonably infer that they will be attacked by someone walking away??? You don’t to justify that you didn’t know for sure that someone isn’t going to change their mind and come after you again, you need to have reasonable grounds that they intend on harming you still. Getting your damn weed destroyed isn’t an excuse to bash someone in the back of the head, and this isn’t a defensive reaction. The fuck? This is like getting your foot run over by a bike and answering that by hitting the offender with a damn minivan. The fact that somewhat assaulted you does not give you free reign to brutalize them however you want, your answer has to be, ethically, commensurate to what you’ve suffered. Legally, you can only really beat someone this hard if you have reason to believe they pose you a life-threatening threat or so.
