I went to a therapist who actually pushed me onto TRP ways without calling it TRP. Wasn't even familiar with this sub or methodology. I explained it to him, and he pretty much confirmed all of it from years of experience. Very cool older guy.

I haven't had a regular soda for about a year and a half now (have had a diet on occasion when it's either that or shitty tap water). Even diet tastes over-sweetened, and regular tastes like drinking a bag of sugar (which it is).

You see it a lot because a big push by liberals (which you see a lot more on the internet) is that actions don't have consequences unless you're a white male.
