No offense intended but with population growth being a major factor to rising costs, wouldn't having children in a rural town ultimately contribute to an increase of housing costs for the residents there?

Definitely, the 650 is still around the ~10k price point the last time I checked and it's just a little too steep price wise since I only take the bike out sparingly on nice weather days.

Yeah man sounds like it. Everyone can be irritable and bitchy at times, but with some women you can just tell it's in their blood and that it will eventually come out when you're already in too deep.
