There's an actual case here There is a reason most contracts are written. Its impractical to prove, and circumstances are such that it looks like a gift. If he was a professional offering a service, yes, he could make a case, because nature of interaction is such that both parties have an understanding one has to pay the other. But as a boyfriend doing a favor to a girl he is dating? Its obvious that seems like a gift unless the girlfriend comes out and says otherwise. If his case hinges on her …

Everyone trying to make it as though he should try to charge her. Here is the thing. If he gave his services and spent money on her with no explicit agreement of return, then its legally considered a gift. He can hire a lawyer, but he would most likely be spending his money on the lawyer and not get anything in return. Ik its tempting to think this is a viable option, because that makes the situation seem less shitty, but idk if its entirely correct. He may just waste even more money. The ONLY s…

Its because its easy way to attack the person instead of the points they raise. So, people chuck it out, usually if the person makes a point thats hard to counter.

THis is a liberal problem. Its fashionable to be woke, and if showing the world how much u dislike urself is the way to get that attention, u will do it. Its the same thing as white guilt. They aren't operating based on whats reasonable, but rather based on what they think rest of world wants to hear to give them "ur woke enough" validation

Since everything is gonna be some combination of personal choices and social forces, you can effectively pick between the two to perpetually make one group the victim, other the perps. So, bad actions/outcomes for men? point to their choices. Bad actions/outcomes for women? point to the social forces. This way, one always gets the blame, other is always the victim.…

I would actually avoid any business with race/sex label. Its not any different than a business with the label white owned. You are trying to racialize something because u think u can cash in on racism?
