Great content. Mental reframing is a superpower and you've done a nice job roughly outlining the concept and correlating it to OI. My only feedback, if you care after 10 years, is that you could reduce your word count by at least 50% AND communicate more effectively. Why do I bother sharing this feedback? Amen. I'm 50 and was low T, like 350 or so, for years. My physician told me that was in the normal range and ignored the clinical symptoms, probably because he was either ignorant regarding low T or concerned about liability. Well written and a nice adaptation. I'm 50 years old and have been in the process of unplugging for a little more than a year.
