Familiarity with courts and judges. Male or female doesn't matter. Pick someone who has a home court advantage. It is saving my bacon right now.

Just to piggyback off this. My counselor helped me realize I missed the idea of my wife, not who she actually was.

Mine pranced around the house for two months saying, "I'm not leaving until I get my check!!" She fucked around in mediation for 3 months, and then I had to file. Gave me just enough time to figure out she gambled away $30,000+.

I'm with 100%!!! Fuck her. My ex stuck around as long as she could. Messed around, blew through her savings, her parents cut her off and now she is stuck paying rent that more than my mortgage...for 2000 square feet less. Fuck those bitches!!

Terrified of the reaction when she gets served today or tomorrow. She will know that I'm onto the $40,000+ she gambled away.

Canceling meetings, no shows to meetings. She doesn't give a rip, her parents have big time bucks. Time to face the music, buttercup.

I had to talk to a few different attorneys while she dicked around in mediation to find a venue and a judge who is willing to count gambling losses against an estate. My advice, find a judge and a venue who …

Different banks do categorize it differently. Wells Fargo only shows the purchase.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
