Is this even feasible? It's a lot of work to be an ubermensch. The alpha/beta dichotomy is really really strong right now. It's frustrating that I'm competing against guys that look great but have no career and don't worry about it. I know what you mean. I'm up at 4, hit the gym at 5. But that also means I'm not at the club if I want to kill bsutansalt's sleep challenge.

I disagree with nothing you've written. I've made major strides in my SMV over the last year. I didn't do it for women, I do it for me. I can put on the goofy khakis that celebrity X wears, but I know three things. One: I can attract the same women wearing my clothes. Two: if she is rejecting you because you wear the wrong khakis, she has just saved us both a lot of time. What's going to be really interesting is whether the student debt bubble pops when public debt becomes unsustainable. Healthcare, education, social services and public administration: government will not indefinitely have jobs for women studies graduates as public balance sheets get stretched. If BBs stop taking on their woman's student debt, you have a bunch on single, indebted post-wallers with no support network.

Capitalism does NOT benefit from women being in the workforce, at a removed, purely mathematical model of the case. Capitalism requires cheap labor, and the cheaper, the better. Doubling the paid labour pool drastically cuts the price of labour while increasing the demand for discretionary goods. This has come at the expense of investments of unpaid labour in the family and children. I think I understand what you're trying to say. Humans really are simple creatures. I'd say there is a minority of women who find greater fulfillment through career, but you're right: they pay the upfront investment of their youth in terms of settling down, but then they reap massive dividends through the rest of their life in terms of travel, a support network, a cottage, and regular sex.

I just had a thought: the disintegration of the family on this sub is considered a byproduct of cultural Marxism. While I believe this to be true, it could be equally true that capital benefits from, and promotes memes that, encourage women to pursue full-time careers at the expense of having children or considering additional children.

I thought it couldn't get better after Bosu Ball deadlifts.. I think it was Rollo (maybe Heartiste) that made a point to divorce your SMV from your personal worth. This has been hard for me (and I can assume others on the sub) as I needed to learn to participate in activities because they involved mastery and personal growth, not simply to impress women.
