First of all, stop reading reddit/4chan and any news/social media sites for 1 week (and once you've seen the benefit try to moderate your use) Second, stop multitasking. Focus on only one thing all the time. Whether you're eating, reading, exercising, working or even taking a shit. Learn to get in the zone. Lastly, meditate.
