2	Instead of complains we should be educating ourselfs I appreciate the call for education and growth. But I want to add a psychoanalytic lens to what you said about "complaining as a feminine trait." The male psyche is often conditioned to equate silence with strength. From a young age, many men learn that admitting pain or naming an injustice is weakness.
