N0 doubt!! I was blessed to have an early child PhD tell me to limit saying no to my daughter. I told her she could do whatever she aspired to. 16 now, 4.2 GPA. Children should be encouraged not abused. Inspired never talked down to.

All victims should be able to obtain counseling equally. All perpetrators should get one chance to attend counseling with sentence held in abeyance like probation. Men, women or NB should all receive the same sentence depending on the facts.

Exactly! Maybe I'm not the sharpest tool in the shed but I trust people until I find out different; then adjust. I don't think it is healthy to be suspicious of your relationship partner. On the other hand...never married daughter's mother but filed D.V. twice on her trying to scratch my eyes out. First time cops gave her a summons. Woman prosecutor sent her to anger management and dismissed charges. Wow!! I feel your distress. My life has collapsed on from all directions and came to a head three hours ago with a b.s. Court order - and i was the plaintiff in custody case. True that!! Usually they can do better than you could by yourself though - make sure you have a good one. Don't be like the government and take lowest bid, consider upper level. Ask people, many will say they had a good one or a worthless experience. Here there are several in sole practice and a couple of powerhouse firms who are aggressive and don't miss a trick. Still very difficult. Atty buddy helping bankruptcy case for non-cust who spent entire 401k and more. Results like mine = none. Really - one needs a very good attorney not the next one up at the bar assn. I ask if they can hold against other lawyer. If you have pre-paid legal option through work, it is a decent start. Sorry, never met a real Christian lawyer who would help and legal aid here in Ohio is only for poor women when they have the "grant". You need to decide what is right for you.

It's a struggle to live within one's means. I have paid consultation fees and been given at least 10 hours sympathy free from different attorneys.
