I consulted a lawyer before I did anything... I had absolutely nothing to hide. I'm glad I didn't go to take the police polygraph. I would have went into the test without a lawyer, without being educated and scared... Also, there was another similar case going on at the time within the district. That guy took the test, failed and was in the process of trial the accusers grandparent caught the girl telling her friend she was lying the whole time. The case was dropped...

Thank you, and you are correct. If you are being asked by police to take a polygraph, get a lawyer and a couple private tests first. The police are trained to fail you even though you are innocent.

You are correct, though, polygraph results are more for building of a case, the results are not conclusive for everyone. The examiners know wether or not hooking up the machine is useless or not. They know if your lying before the machine gets turned on based on experience. In my state, polygraph results are not admissible.. But it did get the detective to requestion the accuser. When the detective got my results, he knew the child was lying... So don't say it didn't help in my case. Every case …

She didn't see them for the first two years after the divorce, and after she was put in jail is when she finally came around to them... In no way have I EVER hindered her visitation.

It seems the only way for a man to get a support order, is to do this... After I got the order, a year went by without payment. Finally a hearing came in front of the case worker. Her excuse for non payment was not having a job. So, the caseworker made her fill out job jogs or something. Two more years went this way with a 25 dollar payment here and there (for two kids mind you) and a hearing in front of the caseworker. I refused to sign something and finally went before a judge... I applied for child support 3 times in 18 months... It was only when I applied for food benefits that I got a court order for child support... And even then, they don't treat it the same...
