Happy to help. If anxiety and paranoi is a constant for you i highly recommend reading "feeling good" by david burns. It just might be what you need.

What sort of rebuttal Maybe you think 'no one really likes you'. Then you're rebuttal should be something as 'that's absurd. Not everyone likes me not everyone likes me but some do' and maybe list your friends. Remember the rebuttal should be a logical argument that YOU accept.

Get a notebook. Draw 2 columns. In the first write your intrusive thoughts. And in the other your rebuttal to those thoughts. Over time this technique will give you great results

You getting all butthurt about it and not using it as a way to practice getting your frame back from them speaks more volumes about you than them I get that we shit test each other. But in the group i was the only one getting shit tested. I felt targeted towards me. Or maybe that i am just being butthurt. So anyway how do i get my frame back ? You can't let them get to you. You need to lean in to their shit and dish it back just as much. I suck balls at this part. I tend to take even slight shit…

Tell your roommate you don’t like the motherfuckers and not to invite them The men I don’t like know well to stay out of my way unless they want their face bashed in. Won't this strategy just burn the bridge and create resentment ? I mean i walk past these guys in the corridor everyday.

This is a situation in your own head. Breaking out of this means setting little goals and achieving them. I understand that I must put end to this thought. But I think that ending this thought without answering it properly is just gonna end up with it haunting me for life.

I does not. But without either finding answers to above mentioned questions or finding ways to deal with having no answers how am I supposed to climb my way up towards self-actualization?

On one hand I think that life has no meaning, nothing really matters in the end, because well, we're all going to cease to exist and pretty soon, death is coming. On the other hand, I think everything matter's and everything we do affects thing's in ways we don't really understand, I often drift between these two viewpoints. I too find myself shifting between perspective of existential meaninglessness and butterfly effect. The butterfly effect is somewhat comforting because of its assurance that…

Why couldn't you be the centre of the universe? How could I? I think saying that I am center of universe comes with a great burden of it's past. The burden which dictates that everything, up until now, has happened happened to influence or dictate the actions and thoughts of a singular individual, me. there is only one consciousness Your comment reminds me of a story I once read. Story of a man who upon his death discovered that every consciousness in the universe was his own. He was the women…
