Not specifically, but I have noticed that criticisms of consumer culture are often directed at either gender neutral consumption, or male coded consumption, while they often have a blind spot for female coded consumption like clothing and cosmetics, when female coded consumption makes up around 70% of the consumer market.

Intersectionality as it was originally concieved, is actually pretty nuanced, it took class, neurodivergence, and life circumstances into account, as well as identity. Its the radlibs who oversimplified it, and made it a simple matter of using identity signifiers to determine ones privilege, mainly because they themselves are allergic to class analysis, as it would show they have more privilege than they would like to admit.

I think maybe there are some benefits to being white There are benefits and draw backs to being part of the majority in any country. You "fit in" meaning theres less differences to target you for, but on the other side of that coin, you blend in, so your specific issues and challenges are less visible, and you dont have special interest groups specifically set up to fight for your well-being.

I am right there with you, women should have access to abortions, no question asked, for whatever reason. I find it disgusting that some on this sub are happy about this turn of events in the SC. What I do have a problem with is how a lot of feminists are framing this issue. Imagining scenarios where we habe our non-existent reproductive rights taken away. I cant stand how feminists have co-opted emotional labour. The term was originally meant to describe the unrecognized labour service industry workers do suppressing their own emotions, while managing the emotions of the customer.
