This isn’t hard science lol, this is just a research paper that could’ve been commissioned by anyone lol. A smarter man would’ve known the difference. My advice- maybe next time you call someone emotional, don’t do it after spending hours searching the internet for obscure research papers to reply to day old comment. Still, good for you. I’m sure now that you know you’re supposed to be masculine it’s probably a big confidence booster for you.

Yes please, show me this research proving you’re a big strong man. Maybe you can print it out and carry it around the bars. Let the women who turn you down know they’re actually scientifically incorrect.

That data is like 14 years old.

I mean I’m not implying it, that’s literally a statistic. Red states and rural areas both have much higher obesity rates. If you control these for race, white liberals are likely much fitter due to factors such as diet and income. Whereas on the conservative side…well, working class whites aren’t exactly considered a sexy, sleek demographic. This is part of why the modeling industry is so liberal dominated.

Well this whole “I’m conservative therefore I’m a Chad!!!” are usually the same demographic that pretends like the Evangelicals don’t exist and aren’t the dominant group in that party.

It’s mostly suburban and urban conservatives. Rural conservatives do great in their little towns and stuff, in fact they have very high birth and marriage rates.

I could be wrong but don’t liberal areas and liberals in general make more money and have lower obesity rates? I don’t know how much masculinity is actually associated with it. Conservatives have higher rates of being outwardly religious and less risky with life choices which are both kind of Beta traits.

Take it from me- a guy who grew up in a super red rural area, there a lot of RW women but they usually get overlooked in discussions such as the ones on this sub because of the high rates of religiousness and obesity in those populations. If you’re into BBWs, you can do very well as a conservative though. Of course, it should be noted, if you get one of those women pregnant, the odds of them losing the baby weight are very low. She might say something about “God loving me the way I am now, as a …

It’s primarily conservative men struggling with liberal women.

It’s also like “Okay even if men are cooked because of this, how is that good for women?” It’s not like there’s actually bunch of us young guys sitting around refusing to date or get married because we’re fuckboys or something. We literally just don’t get dates in many cases. What’s the plan for this? Are women only gonna have kids with the same 8 dudes? And how does this actually hurt the “Older man with money, younger hot woman” fantasy on this sub? if anything it reinforces it because now it …

I negged this girl at the bar last week and…it may have worked? I didn’t see her this weekend but apparently she was at that same bar asking about me and telling all of our mutual friends what I said.

Half the time no one’s hiring now because the economy is fucked. The job market is a disaster. Shitty jobs won’t even look at you if you have a college degree these days and jobs that want a college degree want 3-5 years of experience. I mean sure, you can still pull up on girls and spit game. But whats the real endgame here?
/r/PurplePillDebate10/09/25 02:54 AM

I think a more socially democratic approach that favors workers of all classes would actually benefit men. This capitalist wonderland we live in now currently has record high unemployment among young men because the jobs they’re supposed to be be doing at the entry level have been outsourced either to India or to immigrants here because the bossman class doesn’t want to actually pay for American workers.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/09/25 02:43 AM

“Why does no one like me? -> Wait…why does this person like me? -> Oh. No one really likes me” The unifying aspect of men is that we’re all utilities one way or the other.

I mean I don’t agree with the comment above but I also don’t think “most men” is necessarily accurate just based off what I see in my friend group. We’re all mid 20s, former frat dudes, good jobs, know how to talk to women, etc….and I would put the amount that have a gf or consistent success at less than half. And this is a sample size of like 20 white dudes in pretty good situations.

These people sound perfect for each other honestly. But I would never want to be in a room with them.

To be brutally honest, I think it has way more to do with the fact that conservatives have much higher obesity rates, which takes a lot of conservative women out of the pool of hot women. I grew up in a super conservative town and everyone was fat or became fat. It’s a fucking plague on that side of the aisle.

It’s a whole ass thing too. I think it’s much easier for conservatives to be considered masculine because they’re also sort of thought of as dumb and blue collar. It’s very puff out your chest, macho man stuff that’s ultimately harmless. Liberalism comes off as like naturally more feminine, to the point where when you meet a super masculine liberal dude, it’s more likely to be frightening because that’s probably a much more competent and intelligent person than Bob the MAGA cop. There’s a reason…

Ehh I mean it’s very possible. Not common, but very plausible. Being worried about sex and romance in and of itself is a little bit beta, ironically. There are probably dudes in the army who are full blown psychopath apex predator types who are absolutely, empirically, alpha males. But they don’t do well with women because they have no empathy and like to murder people. TLDR: For the context of this sub, no. In general though, yes.

“All these men I find attractive treat me like shit, clearly the culprit is ugly men I never speak to.”

Women are not a monolith and neither are men. You can’t speak for all women. I know a few women who like older men or at least thought they were hot. Thats plan and simple right there. You are a singular woman. Your opinion is simply yours. But it’s doesn’t really align with what I’ve seen. I mean, logically it makes absolutely no sense. If women were only attracted to younger men, why are there all these married couples over whatever age you consider old. Surely there must be some appeal.

I feel like facial attractiveness trumping height in social situations is a reasonably unexpressed view point here. Most things here are like “5’10? Doesn’t matter.”
/r/PurplePillDebate26/01/25 12:09 AM

I’ve come to a conclusion that as far as pure social treatment goes (not necessarily sexual/dating) facial attractiveness is the most biggest element. I’m not very tall at all, like 5’5ish, but I have a very handsome face and as such have always tended to float into the top social circles at college or work or what have you. I also get treated very well at restaurants and in public in general. When I hit on women, I may get shut down romantically but they’ll still want to talk to me and befriend…
/r/PurplePillDebate25/01/25 10:16 PM

I’m a short guy (and not 5’10 short, like 5’5) with a very attractive face (think like James Dean eyes with Johnny Depp face) and I find it difficult to figure out “what league” I’m supposed to play in. If I date a really attractive women she’s considered too hot for me and if I date a woman who isn’t equally facially attractive to me everyone says I’m too good looking for them.
