No but it's an interesting matter. In some parts of the world women feel empowered to express their sexuality. There must be something liberating about acting freely, especially when being a victim of harassment forces you to withdraw or "close off".

Not enough social pressure for women to inhibit their sexual demeanour towards males here. If she wants to flirt, she can. If he wants to, he'll have to be respectful.

It's Brazil and such behaviours seem to come from the culture. This is one of many cases. Interestingly, now that I am older there's no longer any blatant sexual insinuation towards me done by older women, at least compared to when I was younger.
