Hang for as long and you possibly can while focusing on your breathing through your nose into your diaphragm. This is the most important part, make sure you breath deeply into your diaphragm. 7 seconds inhaling and 7 seconds exhaling. It will feel uncomfortable and might even hurt but that’s how you know it’s working. Do this at three times and you will immediately feel the difference Warm up a bit before stretching for the best results NB: Focus on breathing deeply into your diaphragm!

There was post on here that showed there was a overlap between the FDS and the dating over 30/datingover40 sub. These are post-wall women who have a hard time attracting HVM, because the HVM are too busy fucking younger and more attractive women.

Evolutionary instinct. The violent and dominant man of past was able to acquire resources. High profile serial killers would get love letters from women

You clearly missed the point. Most people go to gym to be muscular and aesthetic, they couldn’t care less about strength. If you want to build an aesthetic and muscular physique (bodybuild) you don’t need to lift heavy and risk life-long injuries affecting your joints, ligaments and tendons to achieve your goal. If you want to get strong then by all means lift heavy weight, just do it right it or you’ll regret it when your old and need a hip replacement lol You are the real pussy with your fragi…

Definitely. My back pain and tightness virtually disappeared just by hanging exercises

Bodybuilding is not about lifting heavyweights lol. Unless you are actively trying to get strong then yes, but if you want to build an aesthetic and muscular physique you don’t need to lift heavy, you just need an intense workout (high reps/short rest period). Just google powerlifters physiques vs bodybuilders. It’s speaks for itself

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
