2	Microaggressions and Pickup Why not interpret it as harmless? If you don't acknowledge them as a threat it's just a few words they are saying, why engage at all? 2	Microaggressions and Pickup Here are a few responses to "I'll bet you're a player" off the top of my head. "Perhaps I am a bit, but really I'm just searching for the right woman." This shows you are able to recognise your own flaws, shows you to have a more mature attitude than the other guy, shows you are in control of your temper as well as giving the woman a challenge.
