Tbh it seems both of you for some reason think the other is going to leave them. Sit down and think it out yourself first and then ask the other of their intentions. Sorry I don't know whether such an agreement if signed will stand as there are too many nuances involved.

Because violent crimes done by women goes unreported and the court grants them impunity from the same crimes if done by a man.

Wow I can relate to this. Everyone around me, especially my family did a number on me cause of this. I don't think it was intentional tho.

This is generally true but this education didn't do much in my case. Always reaching till the doorstep only to be kicked down for some random reason like our quotas are filled.(Every time? really?)

I know. It is necessary to report it even if we don't see anything happening from it. Even if everyone convince you to it will be a solitary battle. Everyone treats you differently even your parents. That's why I didn't say it. I faced it in another occasion but only the issue changed here not the situation.

I think men are are starting to realize right after school that you don't actually need a degree to live life if you are able to monetize from things you already learnt in school or YouTube if you had access to internet. Unless it's for something official like teacher or civil servants etc. I realised this only after college. Still, don't have a job tho (but I am trying).

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
