That's crazy, can I ask how old she was? And your kids' age then?

You miss how you felt when you were with her during the good times, you missed the idea you had of her, but not how she really is : (

Sounds like the decision was in your favor, -ish? Glad the judge saw your side, if there's no alimony, you should see if she slips with her addiction Your scenario sounds a lot like a friend of mine, 20 years, 2 kids, around The same age. SAHM wife, high earning husband, but I think NYC has a cap on the payor's income of 200k (it's a guidance).

Harsh words coming... If you wanted a prepup, you had an opportunity to set it up. If you wanted someone who is in a similar income bracket, you could have waited for one. If you wanted fun sex, you could have gone to places. If you wanted your own biological child, you could have hired a surrogate. If you wanted a nanny, a cleaner, a cook, you could have hired one.

I don't think you can serve someone yourself. It has to be a third party?

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
