1	Military? Every officer will generally be in a leadership position at some point during every rank from 2nd lieutenant (which will be your starting rank) onwards. Starting out from a platoon leader to company commander to battalion commander to brigade commander etc. The designation you get will generally determine what unit you get sent to. 1	Military? You need a bachelor's degree to join as an officer. If you take student loans to get it they will pay them for you but you won't get the GI Bill if you do that. Military service has become a giant corporation but it isn't really that hard. And get ready to deal with a bunch of insubordinate teenagers because that's how most of the lower enlisted are, even some that should be grown men.
